You asked such insightful questions about my analysis, Russell. Our interview was an excellent exercise for me to revisit and interpret the findings all over again. Thank you so much for the opportunity!

Fantastic information! Really appreciate the insights. As a small business owner who has been sharing a weekly newsletter I agree it helps greatly to make it a team effort if possible. Consistency is the key as well. I was skeptical when I started our newsletter- first using MailChimp and now on Substack. However we’ve gotten great feedback from our readers. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your insightful comments! May I ask why you decided to switch from Mailchimp to Substack? I started Newsletter Circle on Substack, switched Beehiiv and now I'm back again. I shared my reasons in my recent issue: https://newslettercircle.substack.com/p/why-im-back-to-substack-and-launching

So I'd love to hear yours.

Hello Ciler! Glad to share. While I liked MailChimp, I learned about Substack and was excited about the additional options to collaborate, comment and share with others including fellow book coaches and publishers. I also like the paid subscriber feature with Substack as well. Love your article on why you switched! I also was attracted to the increased engagement. It's a great community!

Very good and insightful.

I'm just starting my own Substack (I've had my author newsletter going on MailerLite for 7+ years now), so while it all feels like drinking from the fire hose at times, I like having good data.
