Definitely shedding traditional social media. I tried but just could not/would not keep up with the trends and I hated it, so I'm finally letting that go. I'm very good at fostering loyalty, so I have quite a few readers who have followed me from platform to platform, through multiple pen name changes. I could do a better job of actually asking those readers to spread the word.
I love all of this. If you’re a forest, then an ambassador/referral program will probably be your best friend, and finding out how to use shared language to make people feel seen so they can be empowered to talk with each other.
